Role Overview

This position is designed to bolster the Human Resources (HR) team’s system capabilities. We utilize SAP SuccessFactors as our primary HR platform alongside Megapay for payroll processing, with ongoing system enhancement being crucial for our operational success.

The role involves primary interaction with HR and payroll teams, including travel to various operational units as necessary.


Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the maintenance, quality, and consistency of HRIS system data, including configuration changes, security protocols, reporting, and workflow management.
  • Provide support to the People/end-user community by offering guidance on system usage, acting as the main point of contact for all HRIS inquiries.
  • Collaborate closely with HR and payroll teams to evaluate the implications of new HRIS system upgrades, aiming to mitigate risks associated with these updates.
  • Develop, standardize, and maintain comprehensive HR reports that furnish management with insights on compliance, operational efficiency, and workforce management metrics such as headcount, turnover, performance, and absenteeism.
  • Manage IT service support for all incidents, problems, and service requests.

Qualifications

Applicants should possess a thorough understanding and experience with SuccessFactors functionality, configuration, and data management. Experience in implementing SuccessFactors within a mid to large-scale organization is essential, along with familiarity with payroll systems being highly advantageous.

Proficiency in IT processes, including script writing, testing, and change management, is also required.
