Configuration Specialist – Technical Support / Data Admin / Analysis Role

£23,000 plus £250 per week remote on-call payment (1 in 4)

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading technical knowledge of the membership database within the business, completing major configuration changes in line with new initiatives and set-up. You will be the point of contact for high-level membership queries.

  1. Develop a comprehensive understanding of the membership management system.
  2. Maintain configuration within the membership system to ensure it meets the needs of the business and its members.
  3. Support the roll-out of new configuration within the system.
  4. Investigate and troubleshoot anomalies.
  5. Manage department queries.
  6. Keep accurate and up-to-date records of all configuration changes.
  7. Complete weekly and monthly processes such as auditing clubs and access, reviewing current and new extracts from the membership database (MDB) to enhance and accommodate new development.
  8. Compile data necessary for analysis from the membership system.
  9. Support with new configuration requirements for ongoing business initiatives.
  10. Test new system features such as SOAP UI to test API calls and testing functionality of products and developed extracts.
  11. Ensure data extracted from the membership system is correct and up to date.
  12. Maintain subscription changes, product and pricing implementation, and account setup.
  13. Manage department queries (Zendesk) within 3 working days.
  14. Provide training and support.
  15. Complete on-call hours (24/7) once every four weeks as part of a rota.
  16. Perform any other ad hoc duties.
