To assist the Registered Manager and/or the Deputy Manager in executing all aspects of the Statement of Purpose To conduct in-house workshops on childcare-related topics to facilitate the implementation of formal training and enhance childcare practices To operate company vehicles in accordance with policies and procedures To work on a rota basis based on the needs of young individuals To ensure resources are allocated effectively and financial records are accurately maintained under the guidance of the Registered Manager and/or the Deputy Manager To receive supervision in line with Quality Standards and take responsibility for personal development and the progression of individual training needs To perform any other reasonable tasks as directed by the Registered Manager and/or the Deputy Manager To act in place of the Registered Manager and/or Deputy Manager when requiredTo establish systems that ensure effective resource allocation through:
Ensuring adequate staffing levels that meet the needs of the Home Effectively managing budgets and monitoring financial usage, including petty cash returns and weekly attendance records Ensuring that company vehicles are clean and regularly serviced Closely monitoring the condition of the building (including fixtures, amenities, and grounds) and taking corrective action when necessaryTo promote the efficient and effective operation of the Home through:
Collaborating with young people and staff to develop routines related to all aspects of childcare Clarifying expectations regarding maintaining the Home in a clean and orderly state Creating schedules that best accommodate children's needs and facilitate proper handovers between shifts Ensuring appropriate and adequate reporting and recording systems are in place to comply with Quality Standards Addressing all administrative matters related to the Home and providing weekly management information reports for Central Services
