We are excited to announce the opening of Rucola, a rooftop restaurant in the heart of Covent Garden, and we are seeking warm and engaging waiting staff to join our team.

About Rucola

Rucola is a restaurant that embodies the principles of sustainability and zero waste. We strive to create a menu that highlights the best produce available, with a focus on farm-to-table cuisine and seasonally changing dishes. Our goal is to encourage consumers, chefs, and restaurateurs to consider the impact of biodiversity and seasonality in the food and wine that we consume.

Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure that all guests have a positive and memorable experience.
  • Take an active interest in the dishes on the seasonal menus and be able to explain the background of our supplies and ethos.
  • Anticipate the needs of our guests and provide warm and engaging service.
  • Assist our customers with wine pairing and have a knowledge or interest in wine.
