Healthcare Recruitment Specialist

Location: Reading

Job Type: Full Time Permanent (Office Based)

Salary: £25,000 + Profit Share Bonus Scheme

Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Recruitment Consultant to join our team at Nurseplus in Reading. As a Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for sourcing and recruiting top talent for our temporary healthcare recruitment agency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Source and recruit candidates for various healthcare roles
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients and candidates
  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies
  • Meet and exceed sales targets

Requirements:
