About the Role

As a Trainee Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for developing new client relationships, sourcing top talent, and marketing job adverts. You will work closely with our Senior Management team and Learning & Development department to ensure your success and growth within the company.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop new client relationships through networking and cold-calling
  • Source top talent in your market using networking, headhunting, and selective processes
  • Market job adverts and enhance your personal brand in your specialist industry
  • Collaborate with your team and grow together by identifying areas for learning and development
What We Offer

We offer a competitive base salary with projected earnings of up to £40,000 within your first year. You will also receive one-on-one support from our Senior Management team and Learning & Development department, as well as access to subsidised gym membership and an EAP scheme. Our comprehensive benefits package includes 23 days annual leave, increasing with each year of employment, and structured promotion criteria based on hitting performance-based targets.
