Key Responsibilities:- Define project objectives, scope, goals, and deliverables that support business goals.
- Develop comprehensive project plans and related communication documents.
- Schedule project timelines and milestones using appropriate tools, ensuring timely completion.
- Facilitate project schedules and prepare updates for senior management.
- Organise and document project team meetings and stakeholder engagements.
- Coordinate with internal and external parties for seamless project execution.
- Budget and Resource Management:
- Develop and control project budgets, maintaining financial discipline.
- Oversee project dependencies and the critical path to manage timing and resource bottlenecks.
- Risk and Quality Management:
- Conduct risk assessments and apply risk mitigation strategies.
- Oversee the Quality Assurance program, including audits, root cause analysis, and corrective actions.
- Ensure project deliverables meet the highest quality standards.
- Demonstrable experience in project management, preferably in wellbeing and health and wellness related projects.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and adeptness with IT systems.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) or AGILE certification is advantageous.
- Experience in Quality Assurance audit programmes and a strong understanding of compliance within a project context.
- Experience in Document Management and working within health services.
- Good knowledge of the Data Protection Act and General Data Protection Regulations (GDPR).
