Key Responsibilities

Your Role

In this position, you will primarily focus on the creation of environment assets, including structures and landscapes within various virtual platforms such as Decentraland, Sandbox, and Unreal Engine.

Possessing strong skills in character engines like Unreal Engine, you will also have a foundational understanding of constructing physical environments using tools such as Unity, Blender, and VoxEdit, or a willingness to develop these skills.

Your responsibilities will include designing avatars in Unreal Engine, utilizing facial motion capture technology to produce engaging video content for digital platforms. Additionally, you will integrate AI-generated voice solutions and conversational engines to enhance the character's interaction capabilities, while also developing supplementary assets for social media.

These avatars are designed with unique narratives and personalities, allowing them to engage with the real world through various forms of media, including music, art, and film. As they operate within social media, part of your role will involve creating content that amplifies their presence across different virtual environments.

Qualifications

Essential Skills

  • A solid understanding of character engines and facial motion capture techniques.
  • At least one year of relevant experience; we also welcome applications from recent graduates who have pursued relevant studies and are eager to transition into professional roles.
  • A proactive mindset with a strong sense of initiative.
  • The ability to experiment and refine processes independently, with minimal oversight.
  • A creative and engaged approach to problem-solving.
  • Familiarity with social and digital media, including the ability to analyze content performance.
