  • Direct, lead, and manage the following functions related to the Product Owned:
  • BI Development (ingesting and storing source data into the Common Data Hub).
  • Provide best practice frameworks, metrics, and tools that enable efficient delivery of solution changes, maintenance, and support tasks.
  • Research, propose, and implement changes in working methods to align with Energy Supply objectives.
  • Monitor industry changes and their implications for the Product owned.
  • Contribute to the IT application roadmap and identify technical roles necessary for maintaining industry compliance.
  • Manage the costs associated with tools and technologies utilized by the teams under direction.
  • Maintain performance metrics for the team and solution under management, such as velocity, time to market, and quality.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 3 years' experience with Salesforce platforms, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Experience Cloud, Salesforce Industries, Mulesoft, or Data Cloud, with familiarity in the Salesforce Ecosystem.
  • Experience in managing software solutions within the Energy Industry as a Product Owner, particularly in Billing solutions and Customer Relationship Management for the UK energy market.
  • 5 years of leadership experience in an IT discipline, demonstrating strong capabilities in managing and developing software delivery and development teams across various industry participants.
  • Practical experience in architecting and maintaining a product roadmap and strategy that integrates regulatory and business improvement changes.
  • Proven track record of delivering outcomes from projects and support simultaneously.
  • Exposure to strategic planning and resource management.
  • Experience in assurance and governance of solutions and delivery.
