Position Overview:
As a Workforce Planning Coordinator, you will play a vital role in supporting the Workforce Planning Business Partner by ensuring the effective reporting, documentation, and coordination of operational workforce requests within the Trust.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the collaboration with internal and external stakeholders to deliver timely workforce submissions, both in narrative and numerical formats.
  • Support the development and maintenance of accurate workforce planning metrics within the Workforce Dashboard.
  • Oversee projects related to Workforce Planning and serve as a primary contact for inquiries in this area.
  • Work alongside the Workforce Planning Lead to create a comprehensive Workforce Planning Programme that aligns with the strategic and operational goals of the Trust.
  • Contribute to the delivery, analysis, and evaluation of relevant workforce planning initiatives and monitor workforce KPIs.
  • Engage with various departments across the organization and the Derbyshire and Staffordshire Integrated Care System (ICS) to facilitate system-wide workforce planning efforts.
