About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Care Assistant to join our team at Birchwood Court Residential Care Home in Easington Colliery. As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver person-centred care to residents, promoting their independence and dignity
  • Assist with daily living tasks, such as bathing, dressing, and toileting
  • Support residents with their medication, meals, and mobility
  • Engage residents in leisure and social activities, promoting their mental and emotional well-being
  • Work collaboratively with the care team to ensure seamless care delivery

Requirements
