Job Overview

TE Connectivity's Engineering Project Management Teams are responsible for managing cross-functional engineering projects. They work closely with Product Management, Sales, Quality, Manufacturing, Finance, and other functions across TE to ensure projects meet financial, schedule, and customer expectations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee all project management aspects from start to finish.
  • Lead risk assessment activities and manage risk management.
  • Collaborate with the Business Office to develop the project business case.
  • Define necessary requirements for product development.
  • Report project status and ensure progress aligns with the plan.
  • Escalate issues as needed and manage project change controls.
  • Coordinate with global teams in engineering and manufacturing within a regulated environment.
  • Manage and be accountable for project budgets, ensuring timely procurement of goods.
  • Maintain global liaisons with customers and suppliers.
Requirements
  • 3+ years' leadership experience in regulated project environments.
  • Proven success in delivering customer-facing product development projects.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and negotiation skills, fostering strong relationships internally and externally.
  • Ability to take ownership and drive decisions independently.
  • Strategic thinker capable of executing priorities effectively.
  • Self-motivated and results-driven in demanding environments.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills at all levels.
  • Strong business acumen and commercial understanding.
  • Organized with proficient time management and administrative skills.
  • Experience in Agile Project Management preferred, familiarity with Microsoft Office and project management tools.
  • Flexibility and willingness to travel.
  • Technical or commercial background in Engineering Manufacturing a plus.
