Network Architect Role

We are seeking a skilled Network Architect to join our team at Tata Consultancy Services. As a Network Architect, you will be responsible for providing technical oversight and direction to a team of network engineers, leading the process of identifying growth opportunities, and supporting ongoing transformation programs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform network modelling, analysis, and planning, including analysis of capacity needs for network infrastructures.
  • Responsible for holding third parties to account for technical and operational aspects of the design.
  • Help translate business requirements into technical solutions.
  • Ensure integration of third-party solutions into existing technology and business systems.
  • Consistently ensure adherence to relevant technical strategies, policies, standards, and practices.
  • Stay up to date on emerging technologies and trends, and develop expertise in specific areas of networking, such as cloud computing, software-defined networking (SDN), or network security & Automation.
Requirements:
  • Extensive proven experience working as a Senior Network Architect.
  • Knowledge of network technologies, including LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, data-center LAN, SD networks, telephony, mobile solutions infrastructure, unified comms, network management solutions, network-specific security, and remote access technologies.
  • Excellent understanding of Aruba networking products and solutions.
  • Ability to construct and document end-to-end designs for networking solutions.
  • Ability to work independently yet cohesively as part of a distributed team using agile methodologies.
Good to Have:
  • AWS and Azure cloud networking, VPCs, and transit gateways.
  • Python, PowerShell, API, understanding, and ability to work with Active Directory.
