Security Officer

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Security Colleague. As a Security Colleague, you will play a vital role in ensuring the safety and security of our colleagues and customers.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct regular patrols and checks of the store to identify and report any potential security risks or incidents.
- Support the management team in maintaining a safe and secure working environment, including conducting spot checks and recording details.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to resolve conflicts and ensure the safety of customers and colleagues.
- Assist with the maintenance of fire doors and records, and ensure that all necessary procedures are followed.
We are looking for someone who is naturally friendly, enthusiastic, and wants to get stuck in. You will be working with your team to deliver great results and provide excellent customer service. As a Security Colleague, you will be responsible for making our customers feel safe and secure, which is a vital part of the service we provide.
You will be working in a fast-paced environment, and you will need to be flexible and able to adapt to changing situations. You will be working closely with your manager and colleagues to ensure that the store is running smoothly and safely.
