Aspris operates a 5-bedded children's residence that provides a secure and structured setting for children and young people with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and learning challenges, enabling them to enjoy their lives and acquire essential skills for independent living.

A Level 3 qualification in Children's Residential and Childcare is required, along with prior experience in a residential childcare environment, as well as the following attributes:

- Communication Effective communication with our young residents is crucial to understanding their needs. Strong teamwork and communication are vital for relaying important information among staff.
