About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Occupational Therapist to join our Crisis Response and Home Treatment Team at Norfolk & Suffolk Foundation NHS Trust.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality occupational therapy assessments and interventions to individuals in crisis
  • Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to develop and implement treatment plans
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of service policies and procedures
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the continuous improvement of services
  • Provide supervision and support to junior staff members
Requirements
  • Postgraduate qualification in Occupational Therapy
  • Registration with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC)
  • Experience of working in a mental health setting
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
