Job Title: Repairs Supervisor

Workman's Recruitment is partnering with a highly regarded and long-established Social Housing Contractor renowned for its exceptional service in offering building maintenance and construction services to housing associations, councils, and the education sector for over 80 years in London and surrounding home counties.

This contract oversees a comprehensive scope of capital works and scheduled maintenance, including rain-screen replacements, curtain wall installations, gas system servicing, and fire-stopping measures.

You will lead and coordinate a skilled team of tradespeople across multiple sites in West Drayton and Ruislip, ensuring the successful execution of all tasks to the highest standards of safety, quality, and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise day-to-day activities at the site level, ensuring work is conducted safely and in compliance with Health and Safety legislation.
  • Manage a team of skilled trade staff and subcontractors across multiple sites.
  • Establish solid relationships with clients, the public, and subcontractors will be essential to the project's success.
  • Conduct pre-work inspections, set up work areas, and perform post-inspections of completed projects.
  • Monitor team productivity, report progress to the Contracts Manager, and ensure all tasks are completed to the highest standards.
