Maintenance Team Leader

As a key member of our hotel team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities and equipment. Your responsibilities will include:

Key Responsibilities:
  • Managing maintenance projects and ensuring they are completed in accordance with our hotel's quality standards
  • Working closely with the Maintenance Manager to ensure all basic upkeep and repair tasks are carried out
  • Performing regular safety and maintenance inspections to identify and address potential issues
  • Supervising team members and providing guidance and support as needed
  • Ensuring contractors on site meet legal and company requirements

Requirements:

  • Relevant building maintenance experience is highly valued
  • Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills
  • Highly responsible and reliable
