We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Compliance Administrator to join our team at Office Angels. As a Compliance Administrator, you will be responsible for ensuring all on-going applications are kept up to date, DBS checks, references, ID and missing information are chased regularly to ensure the candidates file is complete.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain accurate and up-to-date records and databases
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies
- Provide administrative support to the HR Compliance Coordinator and HR Support Officer
- Assist with quality assurance of completed applicant files
- Liaise with payroll to ensure all payments are accurate
- Perform various administrative tasks including filing, shredding, photocopying, scanning, office maintenance, and data inputting
Requirements:
- Experience in an Administration role, with exposure to compliance a bonus
- Highly organized and able to work to deadlines
- Understanding of confidentiality and data protection
- IT literate, proficient with MS Outlook, Excel, and CRM systems
