Associate, Client Service, Norwegian Speaker

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Associate to join our Client Service team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional client service and support to our clients.
Key Responsibilities- Recruit and manage a network of experts to provide high-quality services to our clients.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and experts to ensure seamless collaboration and communication.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines.
- Provide exceptional client service, ensuring client satisfaction and loyalty.
- Strong academic credentials, including a 2:1 undergraduate degree or above.
- Noteworthy extracurricular achievements throughout school and university.
- Relevant internship experience.
- Fluent English and Norwegian or C2 level required; experience living or working in continental Europe desired.
- Total first-year compensation ranging from £47-56k (average to high performance), consisting of annual base salary and uncapped variable compensation linked to individual performance.
- 4% matched pension contribution on qualified earnings.
- Comprehensive private health insurance coverage and dental insurance.
- 25 vacation days in addition to bank holidays and business closure between Christmas and New Year's.
- Offices in central London; subsidised lunch plus free breakfast, snacks, and fruit throughout the day.
- Option to work from home on Fridays.
