Role Objective:


Your primary responsibility will be to verify that compliant composite, metallic, or tooling components are approved for progression to their subsequent processes, whether that involves manufacturing or assembly tasks.


Key Responsibilities:
You will be tasked with the evaluation of components utilizing all available inspection techniques to fulfill three essential duties:

1. Assessing all necessary characteristics of final race car components before they are approved for assembly.
2. Evaluating all required attributes of sub-components prior to their advancement to the next phase.
3. Measuring all essential features of tooling components before they are cleared for their next function.

Qualifications and Experience:
Possession of a comprehensive engineering background in precision engineering or a related field is essential.
Experience in composite inspection and manufacturing methodologies is a prerequisite.
Previous involvement in an inspection division utilizing both modern and traditional technologies for measuring precision parts is required.
Familiarity with software such as PCDIMIS, Polyworks, VX Elements, GOM Inspect, and Faro/Power Inspect is advantageous.
Knowledge of Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T) is necessary.
Exceptional attention to detail is imperative.
Proficiency in computer systems, including the use of an MRP system, is required.
