North American Property Account Handler

Your new company, Hays Specialist Recruitment Limited, is seeking a highly skilled Insurance Technician to join their North American Team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for handling North American Open Market Property risks, working closely with colleagues to provide exceptional service to clients.
Key Responsibilities- Produce documentation, including Open market MRC slips and endorsements, as well as some BAA slips + Endorsements.
- Prepare and type letters/emails and other correspondence, maintaining online filing and archiving systems.
- Enter data onto the Global system, obtain Bureau Signings, and arrange extension to terms of trade.
- Deal with queries from Brokers and clients, calculating Profit Commissions & E2I's.
- Build and maintain relationships with colleagues, supporting them with all technical issues and queries.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Previous experience working as a Technician/Broker Support Technician handling NA or International Non Marine or Property business.
- Experience in the production of MRC slips.
- Technical aptitude, high literacy, and excellent planning, time management, and organization skills.
- Drive and motivation to adapt well into a diverse and growing team.
