North American Property Account Handler

We are seeking an experienced Account Handler to join our North American Team, handling Open Market Property risks. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for producing documentation, including Open Market MRC slips and endorsements, as well as some BAA slips and endorsements.
Key Responsibilities- Producing documentation, including Open Market MRC slips and endorsements
- Preparing and typing of letters and emails, maintaining online filing and archiving systems
- Entering data onto the Global system, obtaining Bureau Signings, and arranging extension to terms of trade
- Dealing with queries from Brokers and clients, calculating Profit Commissions and E2Is
- Building and maintaining relationships with colleagues, supporting them with technical issues and queries
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Previous experience working as a Technician/Broker Support Technician handling NA or International Non Marine or Property business
- Experience in the production of MRC slips
- Technical astuteness, high literacy, excellent planning, time management, and organization skills
- Drive and motivation to adapt well into a diverse and growing team
We offer a competitive salary of up to £52,000, depending on experience, flexible working options, and the opportunity to take on further duties and responsibility in the future.
