Join Our Team as a Duty Manager at Upper Crust

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Duty Manager to join our team at Upper Crust, Crewe Station. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our food and beverage services, providing exceptional customer service, and leading a team of staff to achieve our business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the Upper Crust outlet, including staff supervision, customer service, and inventory management.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency, customer satisfaction, and sales growth.
  • Lead and motivate a team of staff to achieve our business objectives, providing coaching, training, and development opportunities.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with other departments to achieve business objectives and improve customer experience.

Requirements:
  • Proven experience in a similar role, with a strong track record of operational efficiency and customer service.
