The successful candidate will supervise and coordinate the activities of site personnel, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure efficient workflow and effective teamwork. They will serve as the primary point of contact for clients regarding contract matters, fostering positive relationships and addressing any contract/project related issues or disputes.

The Contracts Manager will collaborate with project managers, estimators, and other stakeholders to ensure contract/project terms are clearly understood and adhered to throughout the project lifecycle. They will also monitor project budgets to ensure cost effectiveness and reduce surplus expenditure.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and oversee all aspects of on-site project execution, ensuring work is completed on schedule, within scope, and according to quality standards.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a contracts/project management role is essential.
  • Microsoft Office full suite.
