About the Role

We're seeking a passionate leader to join our Bars & Shops department as a Bar Venue Manager on a 12-month fixed-term contract. As a key member of our team, you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional experiences to our guests.

As a Bar Venue Manager, you'll be responsible for leading a team of professionals to provide an Altogether More Entertaining and Fun Break for our guests. You'll be expected to drive standards, lead by example, and inspire your team to deliver outstanding results.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing strategies to improve guest satisfaction and loyalty
  • Leading a team of multi-skilled professionals to deliver exceptional service
  • Managing rotas and schedules to meet fluctuating guest volumes
  • Coaching and developing team members to achieve their full potential
  • Analyzing KPIs and stock control systems to maximize gross profit margins
  • Ensuring compliance with food safety and health & safety policies

We're looking for an individual with prior experience in a food & beverage environment, with strong experience of being guest and customer-facing and dealing with a range of queries and sometimes complaints directly. You should be passionate about leading and developing a team and supporting people through regular 121's and coaching.

Delivering an amazing experience to our guests is the most important part of this role, so you should be passionate about every interaction and seek opportunities to improve this wherever possible.
