Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Travel Money Advisor. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that our customers have a fantastic experience when purchasing travel money from our in-store bureaus.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide personalized service to customers, answering their queries and resolving any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Process customer transactions efficiently and accurately, handling cash and credit transactions with a high level of attention to detail.
  • Upsell and cross-sell our travel money products and services to customers, ensuring that they are aware of the benefits and features of our products.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales targets and provide a seamless customer experience.
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge, staying up-to-date with changes to our travel money products and services.

Requirements

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues.
  • Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a financial services or retail environment.
  • Ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple transactions and customer queries simultaneously.
  • Strong product knowledge and sales skills, with the ability to upsell and cross-sell our travel money products and services.
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
