We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Psychologist to join our research team at Avon & Wiltshire Mental Health Partnership NHS Trust. The successful candidate will have a strong background in clinical psychology and experience in delivering specialist interventions for individuals with psychosis and persecutory delusions.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver and supervise highly specialist cognitive-behavioural interventions for individuals diagnosed with psychosis and persecutory delusions.
- Develop and use specialist skills in assessing and formulating persecutory delusions in the context of psychosis.
- Form excellent relationships with clinical teams to provide co-ordinated care for patients receiving the intervention.
- Supervise other staff in the delivery of the treatment, ensuring high rates of engagement and fidelity to the protocol.
- Provide clinical supervision to research assistants working on the trial in relation to relevant clinical assessments.
- Doctorate in Clinical Psychology.
- Evidence of therapeutic interventions with the trial client group.
- Advanced psychological assessment skills and knowledge.
