Key Responsibilities
- Design and Visualisation Support: Provide high-quality design and visualisation support to the marketing team, including slide decks, infographics, logos, and whitepapers.
- Brand Guidance: Assist the marketing team in providing guidance and advice on brand best practices, ensuring consistency across all marketing materials.
- Template Management: Regularly monitor and update HRW-branded templates, both internal and external, to maintain global brand consistency.
- Marketing Initiatives: Support marketing and business development initiatives by optimising the team workspace from a design perspective.
- Design Ownership: Take ownership of design projects, from conception to delivery, collaborating with multi-disciplinary teams across the business.
Requirements
- Portfolio: A stunning portfolio with an outstanding range of work, including rationale and evidence of the design process.
- Experience: Minimum 1-2 years' experience in a graphic design role, ideally in professional services, with a passion for delivering high-quality results.
- Creativity: Highly creative, digitally adept, and passionate about understanding and executing briefs to the highest possible standards.
- Collaboration: A people-person with the ability to collaborate across the business, assisting marketing in making smart creative decisions to promote HRW's brand.
- Design Skills: Graphic Design degree or equivalent, with demonstrable experience of visual storytelling, in-depth presentation experience using PowerPoint, and an outstanding knowledge of the Adobe Creative Suite.
