Job Title: Junior Graphic Designer

At Crew Clothing Company, we are seeking a talented Junior Graphic Designer to join our team. As a Junior Graphic Designer, you will play a key role in creating visually appealing and effective graphic designs for our digital and print media.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop engaging and commercially successful graphic design solutions for print collateral, including catalogues, in-store POS, direct mail, and other designs.
  • Create assets for email, web, social media, YouTube, display, and affiliate channels.
  • Work with the wider creative team to translate marketing collateral to digital assets for online use.
  • Ensure all digital assets are on-brand, commercial, and aligned with wider brand communications.
  • Closely attend to detail across artwork and imagery.
  • Work cross-functionally to assist design for seasonal creative campaigns suitable for all marketing channels.
  • Innovate to ensure the Crew Clothing brand experience continues to evolve and is presented in the best way possible.
Requirements:
  • Experience in a similar role, preferably at a retail company or a creative degree.
  • Knowledge of digital and print design.
  • Able to demonstrate relevant professional experience.
  • Ability to prioritize work schedule and work to tight deadlines.
  • Manage a number of projects/responsibilities simultaneously.
  • Operate effectively in a fast-paced environment, able to adapt to change and redefine goals as necessary.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Sound numerical and IT skills.
  • Excellent knowledge of InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Bridge. Figma, After Effects, and Trello are highly beneficial.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills, both written and oral.
  • A keen team player.
  • A can-do attitude and positive approach that fits well with company culture.
