Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Assistant to join our team at Etive House Care Home. As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide person-centered care to residents, promoting their independence and dignity.
- Assist with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Support residents with their medication, meal times, and mobility needs.
- Engage with residents in activities, such as hobbies, games, and social events.
- Work collaboratively with the care team to ensure seamless care delivery.
What We Offer
- A competitive hourly rate of £13.
- A Welcome Bonus of £500.
- The opportunity to work flexible shifts, including day and night shifts.
- A range of contracts available, from 22 to 44 hours per week.
- 5.6 weeks annual leave per annum.
- Overtime at time and a third.
- A meal provided during shifts.
- Pension, onsite parking, PVG, and uniform.

Requirements
- SVQ Level 2 in Care or equivalent.
- Experience in a care setting, preferably in a similar role.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
