Company Overview:
Penguin Recruitment is seeking a skilled Building Services Engineer to join a leading Facility Management Consultancy. This role involves working across various commercial properties, including office buildings and retail spaces.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conducting Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM), reactive maintenance, and upgrade projects across sites along the M1 Corridor.
- Engaging in both mechanical and electrical engineering tasks as required.
- Demonstrating expertise in PPM and active maintenance while being open to upgrade work.
- Availability for overtime based on site demands.
- Maintaining a valid full driving license.

Candidate Requirements:
- A minimum of 5-7 years of post-qualification experience in building services engineering or a related field.
- Qualification in either Electrical Engineering (18th Edition required) or Plumbing (HVAC or Plumbing).
- Proven track record in managing PPM, reactive tasks, and upgrades.
