Job Title: Regional Water Supply Support Manager

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to work with our experienced team and contribute to the delivery of our Love Every Drop goals, commitments, and targets. As a Regional Water Supply Support Manager, you will be responsible for supporting the Regional Supply Manager in leading the operations and maintenance activities across the region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the Regional Supply Manager in leading the operations and maintenance activities across the region.
  • Ensure the supply of safe, clean drinking water to our customers, 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
  • Work with the Water Business Stream to deliver best-in-industry operations and maintenance to meet and outperform Anglian Water's strategic objectives, regulatory, and legal obligations.
  • Represent the company with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders.
  • Coach and develop members of the supply management teams to drive their continuous development and achieve their full potential and career aspirations.
Requirements
  • Highly experienced water supply expert with an in-depth and broad understanding of water treatment processes, abstraction, production, environmental management, process engineering, process optimisation, water transmission, and storage.
  • Demonstrable experience in wider incident management/control or as company envoy.
  • Degree or equivalent level in relevant scientific or engineering (Chem, Mech &/or Elect).
