Job Title: Water Operations Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Water Operations Engineer to join our team at Affinity Water. As a key member of our production operations team, you will be responsible for providing technical leadership and expertise to ensure the safe and efficient operation of our water treatment and distribution systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical guidance and support to production teams to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company standards.
  • Lead and participate in project teams to deliver capital projects and improve operational performance.
  • Develop and implement asset management strategies to optimize water treatment and distribution processes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements and cost savings initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations and company policies.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in chemical, electrical, or mechanical engineering from an accredited institution.
  • Proven experience in an engineering role, with a strong understanding of water treatment and distribution processes.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and implement process improvements.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
