Role Overview
We are actively seeking Production Operatives to enhance our operations at our Head Office. The successful candidates will work Monday through Friday, with shifts from 06:00 to 14:30 or 07:00 to 15:30.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate within a warehouse team across various departments (including Assembly, Goods In, MSU E-Picks, and Production) to facilitate the manufacturing of kitchen components, stock, and units, as well as the picking, packing, and dispatching of complete orders.
- Ensure the timely and efficient completion of all daily departmental tasks.
- Uphold high standards of cleanliness and organization within the workspace.
- Provide training and assistance to colleagues as needed, as directed by the Department Manager.
- Maintain a positive representation of Wren Kitchens and the department at all times.
- Perform additional duties as reasonably requested by the Manager or Supervisor.
- Comply with health and safety policies and procedures in the workplace.
- Follow protocols regarding the proper use and maintenance of equipment and materials relevant to the role.
- Engage in personal development to enhance skills and knowledge for effective role performance.
- Operate within a designated department in a role assigned by the Manager/Supervisor.
- Assist in the production and dispatch of fully assembled kitchen units and stock.
Essential Skills & Knowledge:
- Previous warehouse experience is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Strong organizational abilities.
- Effective time management skills.
- Flexibility, commitment, and punctuality are essential.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office and email is beneficial but not required.
