**Job Summary**

Waste Investigations Support & Enforcement Limited is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Environmental Support & Enforcement Officer to join our team. As an Environmental Support & Enforcement Officer, you will play a critical role in maintaining clean and safe boroughs by patrolling the area, engaging with the community, educating on environmental issues, and enforcing legislation when necessary.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Patrolling: Follow an agreed deployment strategy to patrol the borough and identify areas of concern.
  • Investigating: Address complaints from the community and report findings to your Team Manager.
  • Educating: Raise awareness about environmental crime and the importance of community participation in keeping the borough clean.
  • Enforcing: Issue Fixed Penalty Notices when necessary to enforce legislation.

**Schedule:**

The successful candidate will work a 5-day work pattern, Monday to Sunday, with shifts varying between 8am-6pm. This role requires a high level of flexibility and adaptability.
