Deputy Residential Homes Manager

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated individual to join our team as a Deputy Residential Homes Manager. As a key member of our management team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to children and young people in our residential homes.
About the RoleThe successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the Registered Manager to lead a team of Residential Care Officers, providing guidance and oversight to ensure the delivery of excellent care packages. You will work closely with our therapy team to develop and deliver individualized support plans that meet the unique needs of each young person.
Key Responsibilities- Support the Registered Manager in leading the Residential Care Team
- Develop and deliver care packages that meet the needs of each young person
- Work closely with the therapy team to develop and deliver individualized support plans
- Provide guidance and oversight to Residential Care Officers
- Contribute to the development of our homes' Statement of Purpose
We offer a competitive salary of up to £41,418, enhancements for the role and sleepover payments, 27 days annual leave per year rising to 32 with 5 years service, and access to a range of employee benefits including learning and development opportunities, a car lease scheme, and discounts at high street and online retailers.
