Sales Effectiveness Data Analyst

Our client, a global banking institution based in London, is seeking a highly skilled Sales Effectiveness Data Analyst to join their team. This critical role will support the Global Sales Effectiveness team in driving key sales management insight and analytics to support the global private bank business.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Shaping and delivering effective and insightful sales performance and sales management MI across the full client continuum.
  • Supporting the development and delivery of centralised sales performance and sales management MI across the Private Banking business.
  • Ensuring data quality and consistency across key centralised reporting processes, including Client Lifecycle Management (CLCM) and front office sales performance.
  • Working with SMEs to understand GPB data structure and architecture to inform the development of new analytical and insight tools.
  • Supporting broader Sales Effectiveness objectives including CRM rollout, sales operating rhythm design, local sales initiatives, pipeline management and insight.

Requirements:

  • Strong financial and analytical skills, with a focus on using data to deliver commercial insight and drive business performance.
  • Sales management / Sales analytics experience.
  • Financial Services experience (ideally Private Banking / Wealth Management).
  • Advanced Excel knowledge.
  • Knowledge of programming (SAS, Python) and dashboard tools.
