Our client, a global banking institution based in London, is seeking a highly skilled Sales Effectiveness Data Analyst to support the Global Sales Effectiveness team in driving key sales management insight and analytics to support the global private bank business.
Key Responsibilities:- Shaping and delivering effective and insightful sales performance and sales management MI across the full client continuum
- Supporting the development and delivery of centralised sales performance and sales management MI across the Private Banking business
- Ensuring data quality and consistency across key centralised reporting processes, including Client Lifecycle Management (CLCM) and front office sales performance
- Supporting the product owner in the maintenance and migration of Pipeline and Client Planning modules from legacy platforms onto new strategic solutions
- Working with SMEs to understand GPB data structure and architecture to inform the development of new analytical and insight tools
- Supporting broader Sales Effectiveness objectives including CRM rollout, sales operating rhythm design, local sales initiatives, pipeline management and insight
Requirements:
- Strong financial and analytical skills, with a focus on using data to deliver commercial insight and drive business performance
- Sales management / Sales analytics experience
- Financial Services experience (ideally Private Banking / Wealth Management)
- Advanced Excel knowledge
- Knowledge of programming (SAS, Python) and dashboard tools
