At AFH Wealth Management, we're seeking a skilled and client-centric Independent Financial Adviser to join our team. As a self-employed or employed adviser, you'll be part of a progressive and client-focused financial planning-led wealth management firm.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients, delivering exceptional outcomes through the Six-Stage Advice Process.
  • Stay up-to-date with clients' changing needs and financial circumstances, ensuring they're informed about new financial products and legislative changes affecting their pensions, savings, investments, and financial plans.
  • Acquire and develop new business through personal business planning, referrals, and our company's lead generation program.
  • Optimize marketing opportunities, including social media and networking with introducers and professionals, to drive new business.
  • Maintain excellent client and introducer relationships through regular meetings, seminars, and continuous feedback to the team and contact center.
  • Establish and conduct in-depth reviews of clients' financial circumstances, current provision, and future aims and objectives, analyzing information, conducting research, and preparing tailored financial planning reports.
  • Deliver accurate management information as requested.
Requirements
  • Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning (or FCA-approved equivalent) and CF30 status in accordance with FCA regulations.
  • Clear demonstration of a client-centric approach, excellent interpersonal skills, and professionalism, with a well-presented and articulate manner.
  • Experience in networking and attracting new clients through business development and effective business planning, with a focus on growing a client bank and building relationships with affinity groups, business owners, entrepreneurs, professionals, and retail clients.
