Revenue Operations Coordinator

Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Revenue Operations Coordinator to join our Revenues Team at Stonewater. As a key member of our Financial Services Team, you will be responsible for the accurate and timely processing of rent receipts and other income across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Process and reconcile financial transactions, ensuring accuracy and completeness of data within our financial systems.
- Perform data entry and maintenance tasks to support efficient working processes.
- Collaborate with the Housing and Finance teams to ensure seamless information exchange and reconciliation.
- Provide excellent customer service, responding promptly to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner.
- Utilize Microsoft Excel to analyze and report on financial data, identifying trends and areas for improvement.
- Work independently, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines to support the team's objectives.
Requirements
- Experience working in a finance department, with knowledge of debit/credit transactions.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with a strong customer focus.
- Competency in Microsoft Excel and ability to learn new software applications.
- Attention to detail and ability to work accurately in a fast-paced environment.
- Highly organized and able to prioritize tasks effectively.
