About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Chef to join our team at Blue Arrow - Newbury. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for creating and executing menus that showcase our commitment to using only the freshest ingredients and innovative flavor combinations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement menus that reflect our hotel's commitment to using seasonal and locally sourced ingredients
  • Lead a team of chefs in the preparation and presentation of meals, ensuring high-quality dishes are delivered to our guests
  • Manage kitchen operations, including inventory, ordering, and staff supervision
  • Collaborate with our events team to create customized menus for weddings, banquets, and other special occasions
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, food safety standards, and proper kitchen practices

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as an Executive Chef or Senior Culinary Specialist in a hotel or hospitality setting
