The Staff Psychology Service is a dynamic and innovative team that provides a range of evidence-based interventions, including psychological therapy, consultation, and training. As a Senior Clinical/Counselling Psychologist, you will play a key role in delivering these services, working collaboratively with our team to develop and implement effective solutions to support our staff.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality psychological support to staff, including individual therapy, consultation, and training.
- Work collaboratively with our team to develop and implement evidence-based interventions.
- Contribute to the development of our Staff Psychology Service, including the design and delivery of training programs and the development of new services.
- Provide supervision and guidance to junior staff members.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of our service.
Person Specification
We are looking for an experienced and skilled Senior Clinical/Counselling Psychologist who possesses the following qualifications and skills:
- Postgraduate doctoral level training in applied psychology (or equivalent).
- HCPC registration as an Applied Psychologist with Chartered Status.
- Evidence of continuing professional development.
- Postdoctoral training in one or more additional specialized areas of psychological practice.
- Trained in clinical supervision and the supervision of doctoral trainees.
- Registration with BPS or UKCP.
