We are seeking a skilled Trainer Specialist to join our highly successful delivery team at Dedalus. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in utilizing your expertise in learning and testing to ensure our market-leading software and hardware applications meet the needs of healthcare professionals.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Performing initial scoping and Training Needs Analysis (TNA) to identify learning plans and solutions that meet individual and group learning aims.
  • Assisting in regular testing of new and upgraded software/hardware and training environments, and adapting training materials to support new training practices and functionality.
  • Designing course exercises that assess learning objectives and working with the Implementation Specialists, Business Change, and management teams to prepare and update training materials.
  • Evaluating your working practices and collaborating with colleagues to evaluate learning solutions and advise the Training Lead on any issues or potential problems.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Experience with Lorenzo or similar clinical administration products.
  • Proficiency with Windows and Microsoft Products (Office 365).
  • C&G CTTLS / DTTLS / 7307 / 7407 / 6502 or equivalent training qualification.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong links with customer staff and representatives.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to respond appropriately to user support requests.
