Electronics Course Designer Job

Job Summary:

First Military Recruitment is working in partnership with a leading International Defence business to recruit an Electronics Course Designer on a permanent basis. The successful candidate will be based at the Lyneham depot and will be part of a team of training professionals with various technical backgrounds.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop training courses from Training Objectives (TOs) produced by our client.
  • Produce controlled Course Training Package (CTP) documents for both equipment and career courses in accordance with the Defence Systems Approach to Training.
  • Collaborate with the Course Design Team to ensure the development of high-quality training courses.
  • Work closely with the client to understand their training needs and develop courses that meet those needs.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electronics and training course development. They will have excellent communication and project management skills and be able to work effectively in a team environment.
