We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced nurse to join our Enhanced Recovery After Surgery (ERAS) team as an Enhanced Recovery Nurse. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a committed team who strive to provide holistic care for our patients.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement Enhanced Recovery pathways in the hospital, working closely with multi-disciplinary teams.
- Actively promote Enhanced Recovery Programmes and their benefits, providing training and education to staff and patients.
- Collaborate with clinical teams to provide training and support in Enhanced Recovery programmes.
- Registered with the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC).
- Proven track record of supervising and teaching healthcare practitioners.
- Experience in a surgical area at Band 5 or equivalent.
- Recognised post-registration teaching qualification.
- Audit and research experience within the relevant area.
- Experience in assisting and implementing guidelines, protocols, and pathways.
