Job Details

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to join our team. As a key member of our staff, you will play a vital role in supporting the learning and development of our students.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist teachers in the classroom, providing individualized support to students as needed
• Develop and implement engaging lesson plans and activities to promote student learning
• Collaborate with teachers to identify and address student needs, developing strategies to support student success
• Maintain accurate records of student progress and communicate with teachers and parents as needed

Requirements

• NVQ for Teaching Assistants or equivalent knowledge and experience
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with students, teachers, and parents
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible and adaptable approach
• Passion for education and a commitment to supporting student success
