Medical Sales Professional

CK Group, a leading science, clinical, and technical recruitment agency, is partnering with a global pharmaceutical company to find a highly skilled Medical Sales Representative to join their team in the UK.
This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a cutting-edge product launch in Ophthalmology, covering Scotland. The successful candidate will be employed by CK Group and will have the chance to work with a global pharmaceutical company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals and accounts to promote the company's products.
- Create and implement account plans to drive sales growth and increase market share.
- Identify and capitalize on local market access and services to optimize sales performance.
- Deliver results against agreed KPIs and project objectives, working closely with the sales team and other stakeholders.
- Engage with and develop National/Regional Key Opinion Leaders to drive product adoption and increase prescribing rates.
- Execute multichannel customer interactions to build long-term customer relationships and drive sales growth.
Requirements:
- ABPI qualification and previous experience in pharmaceutical sales.
- Strong commercial acumen and excellent understanding of the NHS.
- Excellent influencing, selling, and negotiation skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
