Construction Site Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Assistant Site Manager to join our team at Randstad Construction and Property. As a key member of our site management team, you will be responsible for assisting the Site Manager in the day-to-day management of construction sites.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and site staff to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Monitor project progress and prepare regular reports to stakeholders.
- Help to resolve any issues or challenges that arise on site, ensuring the safety and well-being of all personnel.
- Proven experience in a similar role within the construction industry, with a strong understanding of construction processes and health and safety regulations.
- Relevant qualifications in construction management or a related field, with a CSCS card, SMSTS, and First Aid at Work certification (desirable).
