The Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Nurse Manager to join our Complex Care Division in East Sussex. As a Nurse Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing a small caseload of complex care clients, building strong relationships with them and their families, and ensuring that they receive exceptional service from a well-trained team of support workers and Registered nurses.
Key Responsibilities
- Clinical Leadership
- Develop and implement person-centered care plans and guidance
- Conduct staff supervision, audits, and case management duties
- Operational Management
- Manage a small caseload of complex care clients
- Support the induction of new staff
- Service Delivery
- Provide clinical care, such as tracheostomy, ventilation, and PEG management, when needed
- Ensure that clients receive exceptional service from a well-trained team
Requirements
- You will be a Paediatric and Adult trained Registered Nurse and hold a valid NMC PIN
- A minimum of three years' post-registration experience
- Experience in providing community-based care, ideally complex care, such as spinal or brain injuries, PEG, tracheostomy care, and ventilators
- You will have the right to work in the UK and hold a clean UK driving licence
